I have anxiety when it comes to barber situations, however I am very comfortable and have quickly come to appreciate and look forward to my appointments with Bex. She understands that I can't always easily communicate what I want and is patient and helps discuss options, finding the right way to a decision. Kristin was my go-to barber for 2 years at another business prior to Covid 19. After the lockdown started the other location closed and I resorted to cutting my own hair. Later I saw that Kristin had started not only cutting hair again, but had also opened Resilience Barber. Kristin's attention to detail and consistency are top notch. I can't recommend this barber shop enough, it's amazing!
