Relaxation Spa Station

I've gone to this location for a handful of times now. Previous experiences were fine however last week, my experience with Coco was beyond words. I had called for a 1 hour massage and asked if the previous person I had was available, she was not so I went with Coco. I told her I'd be there in 10 minutes. When I arrived, she immediately upsold me to 90 minutes, I agreed because I had already known I needed extra work and I was going to ask her but she first insisted instead. That wasn't a red flag for me then but little did I know this was the first one. During the session, I was restless for about 30 to 45 minutes in the beginning while she was massaging me. We could not get to agree or she couldn't understand how much pressure I wanted. At some point, it got better then it got worse agai

I was very happy with my experience, it was a smooth experience. Staff were all very nice and helpful. My masseuse was incredible and gave me a number of great recommendations for at home stretches and body care!!

I had a fantastic experience at Relaxing Spa. Lisa, one of the massage therapists there, is incredibly professional and skilled. Her massage techniques are top-notch and really effective in relieving pain and tension. I felt so much more relaxed afterward. I’d highly recommend both Lisa and the whole spa!

Nice place to have your spa. So relaxing and comfortable. The specialist was so professional. I enjoyed the whole process. Definitely I will come back with my friends next time

Horrible experience. I booked an appt online and when I walked in the lady was shocked to see someone there. Before we for started she told me to pay and looked annoyed that I was using a card . The she asked me how much I was going to tip her which is beyond rude and unprofessional. I told her idk most people give a tip after the service is complete! It was anything but relaxing! My neck hurts more now than it did before I got there! My spine feel bruised which is not a muscle so idk why she was so rough on my bones! Seriously painful! The whole time I was laying there I thought there is NO way this lady could be licensed. I’m going to look into that. Unpleasant, unprofessional and very painful! Do yourself a favor and save your money… I wish I read the reviews before I went. Lesson lear
