Horizon Nail Spa

This was such a terrible experience. The second I walked in the door I felt extremely rushed. I was inside for less than a minute and the owner already started doing my nails. I had to look through the dozen of nail colors with one hand and she kept asking if I decided after less than a minute. She was rushing through the entire process and doing a very sloppy job. I asked her probably four times to make them shorter and thinner and she did not. She had also glued my skin to my nails making it extremely uncomfortable. As you can also see from the pictures, my entire nail was not painted. These were the worst nails I have ever gotten and I would NOT recommend Horizon Nail Spa to anybody.

Terrible service. The owner has such a bad attitude and because I came in with a gift certificate she barely tried. I had to file my nails myself because of her lack of effort and she also denied doing a French manicure because my nails were too long (?). The people working there are kind but I would never give my business there again because of the ungrateful owner.

This is the worst mani pedi service I ever had in my life. I told them that I don’t need a massage on legs or hands. Just regular mani pedi which only lasted 20 min:. They don’t properly clean the cuticles and the lady was pulling hurting my nails entire time. The way she applied nail polish was horrible too. Ii just stayed quiet and paid $52 for this horrible job and left. The same lady chased me by screaming ‘ you did not leave a tip’ she was so rude and aggressive! I told her I will not give a tip for this horrible service. She said ‘don’t come back’ like I ever will. Don’t waste your time or money here

Before making an appointment for Gel filling Manicure, I called to inquire regarding a price and was given $50. During payment Horizon, Nail spa requested $60. While being present at the nail spa, the owner is getting agitated if someone is talking between each other or watching a video on their cell phone. Be aware of that.

Susan is amazing and works hard to accommodate everyone whenever they call for last minute appointments. The staff is friendly and gets to know each and every one of their customers and tends to their needs. My nails and toes always look great after I leave! The added services are great, I get the same time massage and it’s better than going to a massage therapist. The prices are great too, compared to other salons, they are so reasonable. I make my appts in advance so I always have my spot there. ❤️
