She takes the time to listen to exactly what I want, offer great advice and makes the whole Hair Luxe experience relaxing and enjoyable! I was referred to Brianna by my daughter‘s friend many years ago, and I am still a client at Hair Luxe. Brianna is the most friendly personable and caring hairdresser that anyone could ask for. . I feel so comfortable when I am at Hair Luxe because everyone is so accommodating and nice there.

Briana, a hairstylist makes a rude and insensitive comment about my psoriasis scalp in front of others, I addressed the situation and explained that my psoriasis is a medical condition, not a hygiene issue, and that it is not contagious. She Continued to expressing her comments were disrespectful and made me uncomfortable. Briana a stylist continued to be insensitive at that time. When I walk in, the front lady sent me to wash my hair in the back, but Briana kept me wait for 5-6 minutes without explanation. The salon was not busy at all. Usually I do one shampoo due to my psoriasis. When I said no to 2 shampoo, both washing lady and Briana came to me. Briana spoke loudly that my scalp is DIRTY and I should be coming as clean before seeing her. Last visited I understood this washing lady

I have been going to Briana at Hair Luxe years and always have a phenomenal experience! She’s does an amazing job cutting and highlighting my hair… I wouldn’t go to anyone else!
