Visited Relaxation foot & body for a sixty minute massage with essential oil. The price is reasonable and all services and prices are clearly listed in the lobby. The facility is very clean and warm on this cold afternoon. Alice was polite and kind speaks English well quickly put me at ease. The therapeutic massage relived my chronic lower back inflammation and pain. Alice is an experienced skilled massage tech. She asked several times if the presser is correct and what specific areas needed attention and if I was comfortable. Relaxation foot & body is new to Des Moines and highly recommended.

Honestly the best massage I had in Washington. And I had a lot. 60 min full body and cupping with Cindy was fantastic! If service quality will stay the same, they definitely have loyal client. Just one note, please keep doors closed when you have client on the table😉 Thank you!

Before booking, I already saw several reviews mentioning painful massages and therapists being unhappy with tips. Since the place is newly opened, I decided to give it a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed those concerns. The massage was very painful and felt unprofessional, with no attention to comfort or proper technique. The therapist seemed more focused on money than service, and there was an uncomfortable attitude regarding tipping, which made the whole experience awkward. Overall, it was not a relaxing or professional massage experience, and I regret giving it a try.

I had a very disappointing massage experience here. The massage was extremely painful and not relaxing at all. I tried several times to ask the therapist to adjust the pressure, but her English was very limited and she clearly did not understand what I was saying. Instead of focusing on the massage, she kept trying to upsell add-ons like CBD oil, but could not clearly explain the benefits—only that it would cost extra. It felt more like constant sales pressure than a professional service. At checkout, I already left a $15 tip, yet they still seemed unhappy and implied they wanted more, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

I had a great foot massage with Shirley. Excellent value, spotlessly clean, lovely personality. I will return to try more services.
