Jeff is a craftsman with his work. He is meticulous, skilled and takes pride in every cut he does. I have been seeing him for years and he never disappoints.

I got my haircut by Jeff, he's one of the most professional and technical barbers I've ever been to. Gave some great advice on how to get the look I want, and what products I should be using. The shop is really nice and and had a friendly, laid back vibe. I'll definitely be back and Would recommend to anyone looking for a great new Barber or stylist

Amazing service! Best Hair cut! Great people! Jeff became my barber by word of mouth. We instantly hit it off. Our first session was like a mutual interview of sorts. Me making sure I was comfortable with his skills and him making sure I wasn’t going to be offensive or rude to other staff or clients. This vetting of sorts has created a unique and comfortable environment for families yet still has the comfort and banter you’d expect of a barbershop or salon. Other stylists are polite and social and their clientele are as well. The hair cuts is unparalleled. I have a very difficult growth patterns and hair texture. It takes most good barbers 2-3 cuts to figure out my hair. Jeff wasn’t phased. He killed it in the 1st cut. More importantly my mid week appointment with Jeff every 2 weeks ha

I made an appointment with this salon using StyleSeat and the appointment was confirmed and I received several reminder emails about it. However, after driving all the way from Renton to Des Moines, I was told that my stylist was out sick. I never received any communication or a cancellation from him. I also never received an apology from him for making me drive out of my way. It was if he simply didn’t care. I ended up going to another salon and had a great experience. I will never book anything at Prolific Hair Design again.
