Pauline's Nail Spa

Today was my first experience at Pauline’s Nail Spa, and it was truly beyond anything I expected. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing. Pauline is so friendly and welcoming, and we had such great conversation throughout my appointment, it honestly made the time fly by. They offered a variety of drinks, and as a holiday treat, they even had the yummiest fresh egg rolls, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. I got a full set of silk nails, and it was the best decision ever, my nails look absolutely amazing! They exceeded my expectations in every way: they look so natural, feel incredibly light, and are the perfect length and size. Pauline has definitely gained a returning customer. I called and they set me up for 5pm. I walked in and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful potpourri and candles. Pedicures have their own room this place is very nice very well run and very reasonably priced. The service is outstanding I will definitely be back wonderful experience. And I'm a big guy they handled my appointment with no problem took care of my feet which I have neuropathy they did handle me very well and took care of my feet. I walked in very unsure because my last experience somewhere else was very bad but they put me to ease right away and the whole experience has been awesome.

My first time at Pauline’s and definitely won’t be the last! Lovely ambience, amenities, and care. Very calm environment even though it was very busy. It did not feel like any nail salon I’ve ever been to - no long line and crowded door of folks trying to get a chair, but small rooms and privacy. It’s a whole vibe in there! From the smell of the incense, to the tea soak and rose petals, to the complementary tea and wafer cookies, it was hands-down my best pedicure before even commenting on the pedicure. As someone with sensitive feet, the tech was cognizant of that and didn’t over do it with the scrubbing, but gave a lovely and firm massage on my legs and feet. I came the first time for a pedicure. It was nice and relaxing. The second time I came I asked to get my nails done and provided with a picture for exactly what I wanted. I was told that they can do it The inspo picture had flowers in it on two fingers. My nails were finished and they didn’t look anything like the w picture. The flowers were specifically told needed to be blue but the nail tech lady said no it looks better white. I was very disappointed that I paid $50 for something that they said they can do and couldn’t. Update: 3 days after my nails were done. They are bubbling up and a lot of texture is showing up from when my nails were filed. If you are particular about your nails, you will not be happy about this place.

We came to Pauline's for a pre-wedding girls spa day. Everyone was so lovely! They accomodated our large party flawlessly, and treated us like VIPs. Great service and wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely come to Pauline's and highly recommend Pauline's!
