Prior to scheduling, I clearly explained that my child has special needs and significant medical anxiety. I specifically asked whether your staff was properly trained, experienced, and equipped to handle a child in this situation. I was assured multiple times that your team was professional, experienced, and fully capable. Based on those assurances, you obtained our trust and accepted a $500 deposit. What occurred during our visit was completely unacceptable and unsafe.
