Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This Hand & Stone in RSM was a wonderful experience. The decor and ambiance was way more than I expected, very tasteful. Yajayra was very professional and effective therapist. I would see her again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this spa to friends and family!!

Joy was absolutely wonderful! From the moment she greeted me, her kindness and calm energy made me feel completely comfortable. She has a soft, relaxing touch that melts tension away, but she also knows exactly when and where to apply the perfect amount of firmness. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, intuition, and genuine care the way she does. I left feeling lighter, peaceful, and truly renewed. Joy is amazing — I can’t recommend her enough!

Lauren is outstanding. She listened to my tension spots (neck, shoulders, upper back), then delivered perfect deep tissue + trigger point work—firm, effective, never painful. Woke up the next day feeling light, clear-headed, and truly relieved. No soreness, better mobility, tension gone. Highly skilled, professional, and intuitive. Highly recommend!

My masseuse was nice but wayyyyy too much oil. I was dripping in it and my hair was destroyed. I explained that my neck and shoulders needed a heavy focus, and she probably spent the least amount of time there. I will say the time that she did spend on it was great.
