**Updated Visit: March 3rd, 2026** I came in to return my Birthday Gift, only because I accidentally ordered a Bar Soap for a male instead of a female, so I came in to exchange it. Jade was very welcoming and I let her know I was there to exchange my soap. She led me to both the Eucalyptus and Lavender scents and highly recommended the Lavender one. I actually agreed!! The Lavender Vanilla scent is very soft and inviting and not as strong as the essential oil scent in the Eucalyptus bar, which is perfect for a woman like myself, to use after a long day of work and to use it to soak and relax in and bathe in goodness!! Still one of our favorite stores throughout the years! We love most of their scents. Today we came for some hand soaps and some wall scents! This location was just renovated, it is a bit bigger than before and they just added the wall scents too. Staff is always helpful, they know all the shop’s specials like the back of their hands lol. Needless to say, we have always had a really great experience at this location! Parking situation it’s ok, depending on the time end day that you come. It usually get busier in the afternoons, specially on weekends!

Awesome customer service! Merchandise is neatly organized, I found what I wanted fast, and in no time, I was out of there.

The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and eager to assist.

I am stocked up with smell good for a cool minute, Thanks to a great sale and wonderful rewards points. Every time I walk in the store it smells spectacular and I walk out smelling equally Magnificent. Aroma Therapy options are outstanding!
