Regus - Washington DC - Connecticut Avenue

I love my office here! It’s so convenient and the perfect location. Has plenty of food options and the front desk staff is always so willing to help with anything I need.

Signed up for an office, read over my Agreement and was able to use the office same day after my team booked a few meeting rooms at other Regus locations!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This experience has been nothing short of terrible. When I signed up two years ago, I was repeatedly charged for a service I never requested. Despite reaching out, they refused to refund those unauthorized fees. Now, they’ve renewed my contract without my consent, even though I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls to prevent it. I’m currently in my second month of trying to terminate this contract they forced upon me. While the on-site staff is excellent, the corporate team running things behind the scenes seems more like a scam operation. It’s shocking they haven’t faced a class action lawsuit yet.

If this could be negative stars it would be. Horrid experience with this company. The two people working on site are nice, but the structure of the business seems to be such that they have no power to help you directly with messed up invoices and you have to do all the leg work with their offshore customer support team to correct wrong charges. There is zero flexibility in their contracts, fees they don’t tell you about when they’re selling you on the rental, and it’s next to impossible to get relevant responses from the management level. I’ve been trying to escalate the issues I’ve had with this company and rental for nearly the entire half year I’ve been under contract with them but only ever hear back from on site staff, if at all. The pin on the map takes you to the wrong building. Once I found the real office, about 4 blocks away, it was poorly marked. If the doorman isn't at the elevator bank, there's no way to get to the Regus office. The logistics of this Regus just seem too darn hard to be worth using on a regular basis!
