The Regus staff are consistently helpful, go the extra mile to address our needs with positivity, professionalism, and urgency. They are a team oriented group of folks who are always a pleasure to work with.

I have been with this Regus location since 2015, and noticed they started charging me for services that were previously provided without additional cost and were part of my contract. I've been working with the centre team and even the City Manager, Stuart Fuller (Bill), for months since 2023, and the response from Regus to my Google review that they can't locate me is beyond sad. Today, I asked for a copy of my contract. Bill sent me the contract I initially signed in 2015 with an end date of 2016 as proof I have a contract with them, that he further claims renews automatically at the end of each term. If a contract is automatically renewed, doesn't all of the existing terms continue into the extended contract term? And doesn't removal or changes of service mid-contract require consent b

I look forward to coming into the office everyday, mainly due to the front office staff - Rochelle and Zaria. They make sure to help us out by going above and beyond what is expected of them, including when we have visitors. Rochelle and Zaria's care for their tenants and friendly personalities make this an excellent workspace and highly recommend this location.

Tenancy has been very smooth , efficient and nice. The front desk in particular both Zara and Rochelle have been professional, efficient, and friendly. Any issues that have come up have been resolved by them in an efficient and professional manner. Both of them have made my Tenancy a very positive experience and have made it a pleasure to come to work!

The two ladies in the front work hard to ensure that I beat the odds, I can never forget them.
