REECESS

We checked out Reecess for their afterplay experience and I’m honestly obsessed. The mix of meditation, cold plunge, hot soak, and sauna is the ultimate full body reset you leave feeling so much lighter, clearer, and uplifted. The space is beautiful, super clean, and gives cozy luxury wellness vibes. They made the event social and restorative, even had a matcha cart! Such a cool experience experience with friends :)

Reecess Biohouse is on another level. It’s a futuristic wellness space built around biohacking and recovery, but it still feels warm, calm, and completely private. Honestly, it makes Pelican Hill feel dated. the experience here is far more personal and advanced. I started with the lymphatic drainage treatment, which was unbelievably relaxing and effective. The team constantly checked in, making sure everything was dialed in perfectly. The red light therapy suite was next, and between the red light, PEMF, and sound vibration, it felt like my whole body reset. The hyperbaric oxygen chamber was the finishing touch that left me feeling completely renewed. The highlight, though, was the private guided contrast therapy experience. I was there yesterday, and had a wonderful 3 hour experience with Rambo and his team. The experience was Elevated and felt curated for my needs. All of their equipment was state of the art, and the furniture was definitely designer. They use frette bath towels and robes, and Byredo products. It was a luxury spa experience from start to finish. They even gave me an amazing gift bag with byredo products. I already scheduled my next two experiences. Absolutely amazing experience, I would highly recommend

Went to this biohouse spa for the first time yesterday and I’m honestly blown away. The meditation, cold plunge, hot soak, and sauna flow felt like a full-body reset, and the space is gorgeous, spotless, and super luxe. Rambo and his team made everything feel so personalized and high-end, from the cozy Frette robes to the Byredo products. I walked out feeling lighter, slept better than I have in forever, and already booked my next sessions. I knocked out at 8pm and slept for 10 hours afterwards!!

I had a great experience at REECESS. The space feels calm, modern, and very intentional — everything is designed to help you slow down and reset. The team was welcoming and professional, and I love that they also host community events like run club. It feels like more than just a wellness space. I’ll definitely be back.
