Kat is amazing! She's an expert in color, cuts, and styling, and always gives great personalized advice to keep my hair healthy. Her prices are very reasonable, and she makes every appointment so comfortable and welcoming. She even remembers the little details, like protecting my glasses while coloring and applying Vaseline so my skin doesn't stain. Truly the best!

Kat is the most humble and most talented stylist that has ever cut my hair. I've only been to her once since I don't live in California, but I am willing to fly from Texas just to have her cut my hair. She knows exactly what she's doing, and what I like most is her attention to detail. She explained to me the procedure that she takes when cutting hair: she looks at hair texture, how the hair falls naturally, face shape, and head shape. I've dealt with too many stylists who ask ME if they're cutting my hair correctly....that's not right because I'm not a hair stylist! Kat never does that, instead she takes what my vision is for my hair, and she recommends alterations to what I want based on her professional knowledge. Absolutely no one compares to Kat.

Kat Salon is a true find. I have never received haircuts with greater attention to detail and technique. Kathy never rushes a cut, and recommended and executed adjustments to my style that she designed to best compliment my face--and she was spot on. I'm really happy with the results! The salon is peaceful and in an amazing location. Absolutely recommended!

I have never had my hair done by someone as professional and caring as Kat. She takes her time to find out what you want and can also give her expert advice. She is very reasonably priced and when she is done with my hair, it lasts until I need to shampoo it! I HIGHLY recommend Kat if you want a good cut and/or color by a person who knows hair and cares about you.
