Fiona was my first Esalen massage, and it was excellent. I heard about her from a friend, and I will definitely continue to return. One aspect that was unexpected and really wonderful was its slow, intentional pace. I cannot think of anything that has made me feel more relaxed in my life! She is strong and can go as deep as needed, and she really opened up my back and shoulders. Whereas some other places try to go through clients as fast as possible, leaving me feel rushed and not fully seen, Fiona takes her time to talk and transition in and out of the massage.
