Redwood Dental Troy

I chose this dentist for two reasons. First, my partner came here for an emergency tooth extraction and everything went incredibly smooth 🦷✨. Second, Aloha Cookin’ is basically down the road, and it is some of the best food you can get in the area 🤤🍽️. But enough about food, let me talk about my actual experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the reception team 😊. They were clearly busy, yet still welcoming, and I helped myself to a complimentary coffee ☕️. Truly a small but mighty blessing. I was brought back and taken care of by Audra, who is an absolute gem 💎. She is kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I came in for a deep cleaning, which I regret to admit I put off longer than I should have 😩🫣, but Audra never made me feel judged or uncomfortable.

I am very happy with Dr. Pryde and her staff. She was very attentive. Going to the dentist is not easy for me but Dr. Pryde helped me get some much needed dental work done. Amy, the care coordinator also helped with having insurance coverage and estimates available before my service. Their office is lovely with water and coffee available in the lobby.

It was my first time visiting RedWood Dental and I couldn’t have had a better experience. As soon as I walked in, the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. My dental hygienist, Valentina, was amazing; very detailed and thorough with her work. She took the time to explain to me my treatment plan as well as all of my x-rays. Valentina also made sure I was comfortable in every step of the cleaning and was happy to answer all of my questions.

Recently my personal dentist of many years retired and I needed to find someone new. As a dental specialist for over 40 years and an educator at University of Detroit Mercy Dental School, I have to admit I am somewhat particular regarding my dental care. Last week was my first appointment at Redwood Dental of Troy. The hygienist, Valentina, took some needed films and did a thorough and gentle cleaning. She was very pleasant, skilled and knowledgeable. Dr Jack stepped in during the appointment to examine my teeth and make some no-pressure recommendations. He is a very kind and competent professional of high integrity. All in all it was a great experience, from my initial greeting at the front desk to a smooth check out procedure. I have been coming to Redwood Dental for 12 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Jack is AMAZING—he has handled everything from my routine exams to my wisdom teeth removal with such care.
