Red Light Method

The red light sessions at Red Light Method are so incredibly relaxing; that alone is worth the price of the membership. You not only get the medical grade two types of red light, but the warmth of treatment makes you feel like you're wrapped in a little cocoon while listening to music or meditation sounds through noise cancelling headphones. It brings me into a zen, blissful state that feels like the best part of my day. Then after the session, the power plate, pilates reformer and red light dry sauna round out a spa like experience and help the red light session to be even more effective. I've just started my sessions but I'm already starting to see a bit of improvement in body toning and skin on my face. Highly recommend!

The staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. I have lost 35lbs since starting my journey with Red Light Method OKC and have noticed a significant increase in my balance and stability. The therapy has decreased effects of my neuropathy and decreased my blood sugar levels! I would definitely recommend to anyone in search of improving their wellness.

Red light therapy helps with healing, weight loss and much more! Red light packages include a sauna, Pilates classes with reformer machines and vibration plates.
