RD Alchemy Natural Products

I lived in Little Italy when RD Alchemy used to have a storefront there. I started off with the Pumpkin Enzyme Peel Mask. What a difference that made in my skin! It works so well, takes away that dullness and creates a glow. I only keep it on 10 minutes as per the instructions and that has been perfect. Usually use it once a month, so it lasts a long time. You don't need a ton of product for this to be effective. I know use the cleansers, toners, serums, oils, masks, shower gels, lotions, hair products (mists/sprays) etc. I do mix them up now and then. I don't think my skin has ever felt so clean and well taken care of. As someone with very sensitive skin I absolutely love the products I’ve tried so far! I’ve re-ordered 3 times now. My most recent order I got the brightening vitamin c moisturizer, however they sent the vitamin c cleanser, I emailed customer service and they quickly responded (within 2 hours) and said they would send the moisturizer asap and for me to keep the cleanser for my inconvenience. I love that the products are natural and organic and I will continue to use them! :)

LOVE RD Alchemy! Love that they have a product line for every need. I think my favorite is the whole Vitamin C line because not only does it help with firming and brightening my skin, but it feels so refreshing. I know a favorite for my mother is the Hot Flash Body Care Line. Always a good stocking stuffer for her. So grateful for my go-to natural product company!

Terrible customer care. Don't waste your money. I will NEVER purchase their products or recommend them. I made my second purchase of a set and it arrived in a smashed box that was also open at the bottom. Upon opening the box I saw that the products were oozing all over the packing material. I took pics of the damaged box and then threw it in the garbage. I contacted the company who wanted pics of the contents which had already been picked up by the garbage man. They refused to offer me a refund without the products. THEY chose the shipper! The post office had labeled it as damaged when it arrived there. They offered me a 20% coupon on my next order.
