Ranch Nails & Spa

I came here with my daughter today, receptionist was not friendly and I almost left, but I thought I’d give them a shot as I live in Harvest. I asked for ‘coffin shaped’ dip and my thumb nail looks more like a triangle, and I was left with residue and wavy polish. My toenails are also slanted. Tech tried to tell me my nails are shaped like that 😂 but I came in with square edges so she just filed wrong. She wanted to “fix it” further which would mean just filing more so I refused. She then got annoyed and didn’t really do the rest of the job right. The two ladies working on me were also very rough. They nicked my cuticle and were filing so close to the hyponychium and I told them several times to be more gentle, but they didn’t seem to care much. At checkout I told the same ‘friendly’

Ada did my manicure and they were wonderful! Almond shape dip! Also, she took off the last set before putting on new and was very gentle when filing down to my real nail. She was also great to talk to throughout! Very sweet, and great work! Thank you Ada.

I visited for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. I was greeted warmly when I stepped in and they got started working my mani-pedi right away. Crystal did my nails and matched the photo I showed her perfectly. My pedicure was also flawless.

Crystal was phenomenal!! Detail oriented, and incredibly patient with me 😂 I told her I wanted Jurassic Park themed nails for my son’s birthday party, but I had no idea how to design a manicure like that. But she absolutely nailed this design!!

SO Beautiful inside, so fun & rustic with all the country-ish decor, love it!! So clean, fabulous nail techs, especially Julie…she’s amazing all year round but especially when the holidays come, she’s even better & I never have any doubt how awesome she’s gonna make my nails look & nothing is ever too hard for her!! She’s amazing, location is clean & beautiful & I’ll never go anywhere else!!
