Worst place we have ever been. Had appointment for 4 people at 12:15. We arrived 10 mins early & waited over 30 minutes before they ever started & then we were there 4 hours. They told us they were short handed, but didn't mention that when we scheduled the appointment that morning. We paid for 3 gel-x manicures & 4 gel pedicures. We shouldn't have been charged for the manicures because they only did nails & didn't massage hands & fingers which says is included. The pedicure was horrible & not relaxing at all. The girl that did mine acted mad & was extremely rough when filing the dead skin off & left my foot raw. We were in a rush because we were about to leave for vacation during the night so didn't even say anything, but then got 1 day into vacation & 2 of the 3 that got gel-x manicures

Beautiful nail salon with plenty of chairs for quick service. Went for a mommy and daughter date and there were plenty of colors to choose from and the staff did a great job!! They have chrome, cat eye and all the latest nail services.

Terrible customer service. The woman at the front has a horrible attitude—if you’re a person of color, be aware. She looks down on you if she doesn’t think you will leave a large tip for the staff. They do not prioritize your service; if anything, they try to rush you out. Every time I visit, someone is walking out because of the ridiculous wait times. I went to the salon with my sister, and the wait was over an hour just to have nails removed. Mind you, nobody was in the salon, so there was no reason for the wait to be that long. The woman at the front rolled her eyes and ignored us when we asked questions about the wait. A few customers who arrived after us were served before we were, despite us being seated for over AN HOUR. They pick and choose who to respect or serve based on appearan

This was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. This was my SECOND time going. First time I got short gel, and it did not look great. Very uneven. However, i decided to give this place another chance since I live right across the street. Yesterday, I went in for a dip manicure, very short. The entire time, she seemed in a hurry and would brush off any comments I had. She clipped my nails and didn’t even file or shape them prior to putting the tips on. That already made them look awful. Then, she proceeded to just slap the tips on, not even checking if they were the right fit, resulting in some being way too tight. So, then, she cuts them down on the right hand into this awful sharp square shape, then immediately starts dipping them. I asked if she was going to shape them? Because surely s

I am not happy with my nails. I have been getting them done for almost 8 years and I have never been so disappointed. I wanted French tip with blue as the tip and chrome on top. I noticed the color of my nail was not blended in with the tips I got and thought the chrome would help. When I brought it up she said I should’ve told the tech to pick a pink that matched and it was too late. Any other nail salon I go to they match my nail bed to the color when doing a French tip. I still had to pay full price for my nails just for me to go somewhere else and have them removed because I hated them so much.
