I have never left this place unhappy! Today I went in for the first time in a while and asked for a new design…Kim ABSOLUTELY delivered! The service was amazing and she was the sweetest tech I’ve ever had! I was lucky enough to have my bill paid by another customer and was feeling so beyond grateful! I left an additional tip and have never been happier with my nails!

I visited Infinity Nail Bar for the first time on Thursday September 25,2025. I showed the lady (do not remember her name) a nail design, and she told me I would need acrylic nails, which cost around $85 with extensions, shaping and design. While filling my nails, she accidentally cut my skin, and it started bleeding. But, the very next day, one of my nails chipped off, and I had to book another appointment to repair it. Teyla assisted me during that appointment—she was very nice and did her job well. However, today, just a few days later, two more nails chipped off while taking shower. In total, I spent $97 including tax and tip, but within less than a week, three of my nails have already chipped. For the amount I paid, I expected better quality and that the nails would last at least tw

Absolutely awful experience with Sue yesterday. The visit felt extremely rushed — the pedicure paint color doesn’t even cover my entire toenails, and there is paint on the tops of my toe/skin on a few toes. She did not file or shape my nails at all. I could get past the sloppy work if not for the number of times she cut me and caused me pain. Today one of my big toes is swollen along the side of the nail, oozing a little, and throbbing when I put any pressure on that toe. I am afraid it will become infected. The only enjoyable part of the experience was the leg massage, and it felt like several minutes of that time was just used to wrap and unwrap towels around my legs. I’m highly disappointed since this was a rare treat for me to get a pedicure. My money would have been better spent paint

I am a busy mom on a budget who rarely gets to the nail salon. I have tried this place twice in 7 months . The second time I decided to try them again, I had received a coupon via text message. The whole experience just feels rushed. They didn’t even give me time to choose a color before being rushed to a chair. I got a manicure and a pedicure. I was asked to upgrade my manicure to gel. I told them I don’t have time to come in as often as I like. I could tell they were not pleased. I finally got to look at 1 book, and asked if they had a darker brown available then what was shown. The lady just chose the first brown she saw in the book she gave me. The lady who did my pedicure cut me twice, once my big toe and the toe next to it. It still hurts the next day.I am having to apply Neosporin

I avoided this salon under the prior ownership, but I stopped in after a recommendation from one of the girls at HOTWORX- and I’m so glad I did! Teyla, the new owner, is the sweetest and truly just wants every client to be happy and have a great experience. On my first visit, Sue completely fixed another salon’s mistakes and did an amazing job. I’m super picky with my nails. I like a mix of short/coffin and stiletto/almond and she nailed it (literally!). I went back again this morning, and it was quick yet still so relaxing - Sue once again did beautiful nails, and Tina gave me the best pedicure that put me to sleep! Night-and-day difference under new ownership
