These ladies truly know what they are doing and they are absolutely amazing! If anyone is looking for a high-quality blowout, regardless of their hair type, this is definitely the place to go. The prices are very reasonable as well. While I was there for a few hours, I saw over ten people come and go for services, which really speaks to the quality and reputation of your business. Ramona's beauty salon is a Dominican salon accessible from anywhere in Jacksonville. Rossy, the beautician doing my toddler hair, deserves all the stars. They took me in as a walk-in. The service was excellent from the phone call inquiring information to the in person service. Working with toddlers is challenging, but everyone there made my kiddo feel like the princess she thinks she is. As long as I am in Jax, I will continue visiting Ramona's Salon and will strongly recommend it.

Make this sound good I was recommended to come here today by my friend and me and my daughter got our hair did and Rosa and Sandra did an awesome job. Omg I absolutely love how our hair turned out. Every one was so friendly and wonderful customer service. They were fast and efficient. I am truly thankful and super excited I came here today.

My experience today was entirely terrible. I made an appointment for a wash and dry with Falcon. I used to go to her when I was middle school to straighten my kinky hair. Even then I dreaded the appointments due to the long times and heat. This time as a fully grown adult was the worst and last experience there. Falcon did not wash my hair, Martha did. She was incredibly rough during the wash and detangling process. My hair was washed 8 times with shampoo. After during the detangling she combed directly from the roots (which is the incorrect way to detangle type 4 hair, is just cause more knotting and stress to hair)and when my hair didn’t give she pulled until my hair strands snapped and ripped from scalp. She complained all the way through in Spanish which some of I picked up on. I as

Naturals beware. I only use heat once a year, in January I went to Ramonas to have my hair straightened. Besides mentioning that I made an appointment for 1pm and not getting in a chair until 3pm, My hair is completely heat damaged. It’s been months and I still have literal straight pieces of hair that I now have to cut off. The first photo is my hair before and the others are of after. My hair smelled burnt for days after so if you care about your curls, Natural beware.
