I have given this place so many chances. I liked going here because there was never a wait. Now, I know why. They don’t know what they’re doing and the quality of their products are subpar! Yesterday I went in to get a gel French manicure over acrylics. It looked good from far away but after I left, I noticed the sides were already chipping. So I went back today to get them fixed. Well, they look worse! I told the lady but she ignored me and just said “it’s the color underneath. It’s fine.” Huh? It’s like a toddler took some wite-out and went to town on my nails. These do not look professional at all. The white polish just would not adhere to my nails, so maybe their products aren’t good either? Im never coming back. Don’t waste your money at this nail salon. Jennie is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond what I asked for. Loved it! She pays so much attention to detail and is so sweet. There are always great discounts and it is very clean inside. Definitely have been recommending everyone to go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never be coming back to this place ever again there work is sloppy and not done correctly. I showed her a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted and she did the exact opposite. As her being the owner I had high hopes but in the end I was very disappointed, she did my shaping opposite of what i asked for and the colors are completely wrong. When i corrected her and told her i wanted a different color before she continued she got very angry and annoyed when i just wanted to leave happy. So I will never be coming back.

When I first wrote a review the owner was standing over me watching and telling me to write a review and add the pictures. So being in the awkward situation I said friendly staff and wrote 5 stars. The first time I went here the younger nail tech did a great job with my nails literally flawless. The second time 3 different people worked on my nails…. I asked for a set of acrylics the first girl clearly didn’t know how to use the setting powered my nails was lumpy and she worked on the one nail for an about 10 mins. Then the owner jumped in and took over didn’t redo the lumpy nail just left it. Then when it came time for a simple French tip and flowers she didn’t know how so she tried to redo them multiple times then another girl stepped in the girl that did my nails the first time. she fix

Rosie always does an outstanding job! She always takes her time & leaves me very happy! Been going to her for 3+ years & I’ll never go to anyone else! Love her!
