Krystal is one of my fave wax specialists! She is super attentive, compassionate, and kind. She’s quite experienced at the “pull” so it often goes quicker than anticipated. One of the least painful wax jobs I’ve ever gotten. She also asks me to check the waxed area with her in case she missed anything, because it happens (the lighting, the angles, etc). And, it’s so much easier when the wax “check” is initiated by the wax specialist. I always feel awkward inspecting my skin when the wax specialist doesn’t ask me to. In any case, Krystal is great!

This was my first visit, and I had a very positive experience. The front desk staff member (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) was warm, welcoming, and professional upon my arrival. Bella provided my service and was excellent—knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. I shared that I was a bit nervous since it was my first time there and she was very understanding and took the time to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others.

Yes yes yes!! This location is amazing! Had my first wax at EWC today, and Imani took such great care of me. Knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and made me feel extremely comfortable.

Amazing environment! Front desk staff is very kind. I can’t remember her name but I believe it started with M and she’s a manager. Very kind and personable. My was specialist, Imani is AMAZING. She communicates everything well and makes the appointment fly by. We have conversations that make me feel comfortable as well as asking how my after care has been and if anything hasn’t been working. I couldn’t recommend Imani more!

Toijuana has to be the most elite esthetician to ever touch my skin. I usually clench up during waxes, but nothing hurt at all. She minimized the pain so much. Extremely personable, that I had to rebook with her. Usually EWC is my last option when my esthetician is booked, but now I have a new fav! So thanks EWC Norridge for bringing this lovely woman on the team!
