A wreck. Customer service is a hit or miss. Usually a miss. I never get greeted when entering. Often, when I ask for help with finding an item, I get the wrong information. Associates are often chatting amongst themselves or on their phone in the presence of other customers. They don’t seem particularly motivated to make sales. Not a very friendly environment. I have to imagine there’s something wrong with the management. This place is usually in stock. There’s disorganization and mess often.

Horrible customer service from the older woman who wears a wrap around her head. She has a nasty attitude all the time! Why are you still working here if you are so miserable?! She doesn't honor your coupon; she lies and says she cannot apply it. I will NEVER return to this location unless they get rid if her. She is pure ignorant!

Only getting 2 stars because the employees there are usually nice but had a bad experience there today. The employee at the register name Karen was really rude. I greeted her when I was ready to check out and no response. She then started doing other things instead of just ringing me up for my items. Made me feel like I wasn’t important. Then she finally decided to interact with me and speak but only to rudely ask me if this product that was on the side of the register mine. I told her no and she replied “ okayyyy..” like she was disturbed. Only to find out an employee had put that there. I paid for my items and still told her thank you have a nice day. Her response was “ mhmm”. Looking at the reviews here looks like she’s has been rude to other customers

Customers service is horrible!! if they don't like working there, they should just quit, I been to different locations, This is the only one were employees are very rude

This store is great because of one employee there. Ali is always the first one to approach me and help with my every need. She gives the greatest customer service possible. Always polite and always goes above and beyond. I refuse to shop if Ali is off, will only go in if she is there to assist me. Truly is the greatest employee they have!
