Rachel Ramsey's Salon

I called here asking if they had a person who did hair styling for weddings, and I was so lucky to find Megan! She did hair for five of us, plus a small bit for two people with very short hair, and her work was beautiful. On top of all that, she was incredibly easy to chat with, and made me feel comfortable from the get-go during our hair trial, which was important to me because I had never gotten my hair done before. The other stylists at the salon were very friendly too, while I was there! She was willing to come work on site, in accommodations that were definitely not fancy (think bunk bed cabins), and she did an amazing job. Everyone loved how she did their hair and arranged flowers, and the guests had so many compliments.

Love having Racheal as my hair stylist! She makes me feel so beautiful every time I step out of her salon. I just tell her what I want and she does it beautifully.

The worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life!!!!! It's HORRIBLE!!!!! It was supposed to be a TRIM, but she cut half my hair off and made it super short in the front. & cut really short layers in it. When I told her she cut way more than 3 inches, she tried to say she did cut 3 inches. But there were 6 inch strands of my hair on the floor. If she had me facing toward the mirror like most hair stylists do, then I would have known how much she was cutting. But instead she just sat there cutting all my hair off. Also, one side of my hair is longer than the other. I don't even want to go to work tomorrow looking like this. Looks like a 3 year old got scissors and started chopping my hair. Please save yourself the embarrassment and do not go here.

Made two trips to this salon today…my first and my last. This haircut should have come with a hat. I went in for a trim and left with more than 1/2 my hair gone. I had a thick head of hair and left feeling like Cynthia on Rugrats. Totally not what I asked for …. Rachel went rogue. When they turn your chair around where you can’t see the mirror and what they are doing …beware!! Not to mention she pulled, and pulled on my hair to the point my scalp throbbed and feels bruised. The place was also not that clean. Rachel kept taking phone call after phone call after phone call and at one point I thought she must’ve been mad at something and started taking it out on my hair. The music in the salon kept buffering and went in and out the entire time. I did not complain about the cut and still left

Rachel is the best! Everyone here does great hair and treat clients like family. Always friendly and professional. Haircolor and cuts are always perfect. I recommend Rachels salon to everyone! I promise you will not be disappointed.
