I came in for a down perm because my side hair was always puffy and difficult to style. Megan did an amazing job making it look neat and natural without over-flattening it. The process was quick, and there was no discomfort at all. Now my hair is much easier to manage in the morning. Highly recommend this place if you’re thinking about getting a down perm!

Poor service and poor haircut. I went because it had excellent reviews, but maybe that's only if you want a certain type of haircut. I do not think the stylist listened to me and just cut my hair however they wanted. I guess that's what they thought would look good? Pretty confused.

I've been getting haircuts from many many places, and I have found the perfect place. I recommend Haena as the hairstylist for both men and women. She is amazing at anything to do with hair and she is the friendlyist.

Terrible experience and the worst cut I’ve had - maybe ever. It was also a strange strange experience. I think my stylist name was Megan. I've never had anyone do the opposite of what I asked for, even when I provided pictures! I asked for her to cut my hair so that my bangs were around my cheek bones below my eyes. She cut them so that they were near my eyebrows! So she cut more than an inch over what I asked. She did ask if the length was okay but only after she cut it short! I couldn't see since I'm blind without my glasses. By then, I was shocked and I had no idea what to say. My guess is that she wasn't paying attention and/or didn't care. Because at some point, 20 minutes after my appointment started, an older gentleman, who appeared to be a regular, came in during the midd

i think i finally found the perfect salon for me! my hair had gotten super long because i couldn’t decide where to go for almost a month, but i’m so glad i chose queens hair. you have to get your hair done by megan, she’s amazing! i got a layered cut and absolutely loved it. she designed the style perfectly to fit my head shape and hair texture, and she was so kind and attentive. highly recommend seeing megan here!
