My sister and I visited Elevation Spa recently, and I want to start by saying the customer service was excellent 💆‍♀️✨ Hannah, who assisted me, was very professional, attentive, and kind throughout the service. She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and I truly appreciated her care and professionalism 💛 That said, I do want to share some honest feedback about the package itself. I booked the Elevation Ultimate 90-minute package, which included the Elevation Deluxe. Unfortunately, the services I received did not fully match what was advertised. I chose the detox facial, but what I received felt more like a basic facial with standard steps such as cleansing, exfoliation, steam, massage, and a sheet mask. Had a mother and daughter spa day. Did the VIP. It was 2 hours of absolute bliss. The face, scalp, shoulders, and leg massages was an unexpected treasure on top of the facial and scalp treatments. It came with a drink at the end. Must try the matcha coconut drink. Now what made our experience a 10 star event (could only give them 5😔) was the customer service! Lia and Jolie were wonderful, attentive and truly made our experience a relaxing and memorable one. When checking out, I told the owner to charge me extra for mine and my daughter’s long hair. She told me to just add it to the tip of her ladies. I was impressed bt the consideration shown to her employees. It was nice to see. This place is clean and has luxurious spa vibe. Tiana did a fabulous job with my Elevation Deluxe service! It was 75 mins of blissful heaven. I really enjoyed the facial massaging and also the halo of warm water for the hair cleansing. Tiana made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I also love the included blow out at the end of the service. It was fantastic!!! I highly recommend Tiana for the head spa services!

It was my first time at Elevation Spa and will not be my last! Came here for a friend's birthday celebration. They greeted us with a menu of drinks. I got a Margarita, which was delicious. The head spa itself was the best experience of my life! My girl, Hannah, has the best hands ever! She started with a facial and some aroma therapy. She really got into my knots and gave the best massage. The hair wash was so relaxing. My hair has never felt so soft and shiny! I will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend. Thank you Hannah for making me feel so relaxed🥰.

WOW!!! I saw this Headspa on Tiktok and decided to go with my husband and a family member as their birthday gift. It was AMAZING!! Tiana, Jolie, and Lia did an incredible job! Very luxurious, new, and relaxing facility. The workers take their time to make sure you feel welcomed and catered to. They provide size inclusive robes so you can have a nice spa experience without worrying if the cover will fit. It is a great place to go to if youd like to treat a friend, family, or yourself! 💆🏻‍♀️
