Queen Nails

Came in to get a cut down. I wanted French tip. He did not match the acrylic on my nail. He gave me clear acrylic when I had nude acrylic. He then cut my nails down with the clippers, causing blood to come out onto two of my fingers made the nails way shorter on one. I asked him to make them thicker because of my line of work with being a dog groomer, he did put the polish on so thick five layers did not give me oil. The corners of my nails are so pointy. I have to go home and fix them when I asked him to please fix the polish. He just looked at me and said that is a polish. That’s why it looks like a gap. I said OK can you put more he got an attitude with me little did he know I had the translating earbuds in my ears and he was talking crap to his wife about how I kept complaining about t

I just got back from having my nails done by Win. Found the shop online and called to see if they had walk-ins available, which they did. The location is very spacious and clean, with serene music playing in the background. We spoke about my nail health and how they’ve been splitting. Win listened, asked questions about what I was looking for, and did an amazing job. I haven’t had dip nails in a very long time, and his suggestions for the tip location placement completely made sense. He very knowledgeable and overall it was just a really great experience. They’ve definitely gained a customer. Price for a dip set was $50. Very reasonable from what I’ve seen browsing around.

BEWARE!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I am editing my review..... I have now gone here a few times and each time it is a different price for the same job. There is no pricing posted in salon.... Due to this constant price shifting and some other unprofessional attitudes, we are not going here again... My Mom and I both go here. Julia and Lyna are amazing and do incredible work. Definitely recommend!!!

Lyna was AMAZING! Very personable and recommended her ideas which were phenomenal, ours nails turned out beautiful!!!!! Thank you Lyna for making my daughter’s first time memorable!!!! 😊❤️

The nails were nice and all, but they charged me $75! $55 full set plus gel (according to their price chart) $10 design (one on each hand at 5 a piece) And then the audacity that they charged an extra $20!! For “length” and shape. I have never been charged for shape before and they’re not long. At all. I was stunned. Maybe I’m not used to all the extra fees, but this has never cost me this much for a relatively SHORT almond nail. Not to mention, my sister got charged $55 for full set gel and “manicure” and they didn’t even completely cut her cuticles which is what she emphasized first thing to the lady. I’m just like in awe…
