I came here and did my nails (manicure) and I got sat on 3. As soon as she sat me down she started to file my nails very fast and I was shocked beacuse usually people file my nails for 5 mins and then when she was filling my nails I looked at them and she was making them look uneven and I told her she fixed it but it still looked uneven. I had to take off the nail polish and file my nails by myself .

I just left this place and told the nail tech to not put them on so thick. Instead of just thinning them she argues with me and tells me I like them thick. I will never go here again. Not worth the price, customer service or my money. Will never go here again. I do not recommend.

I typically never leave reviews even with a bad experience, but this is probably one of the worst encounters. The pedicure was meh, but the gel manicure I received honestly looks like a toddler did it. The ridges, unevenness of color and nails lengths (even though they are short nails). I was hesitant of getting color, but decided to give it chance. I know I should have said something, but I was just ready to leave.

Honestly if I could I would give this place 0 star!!! I went in for a pedicure and a manicure! The lady that did my pedicure got done within 20 minutes and didn't even apply a mask in my pedicure! Just applied the nail polish(which she didn't even double coat so you can still see spaces that needed to be touched up) and she applied a lotion at the end! That's it! And she rushed me to go to the next lady to do my manicure. The lady doing my manicure got done super fast and the shape and color do not even look like anything as the picture I showed her! My thumb hurts so bad still! On top of that, my total came out to $110 and I even tipped them $5 and she charged me $118? Like what the hell did I get charged extra $3 for? They have horrible customer service! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SAVE YO

I see them put their feet on the counter with their dirty shoes on. They aren’t very nice. They yelled at my mom. I’m very disappointed.
