Booked a couples massage a week ago for Valentines Day, we get there and they tell us they never received our booking. They had us wait and proceeded to tell us to reschedule. Staff overbooked themselves. Will not be scheduling with them ever again!!

Me and my mother went for a couples massage and paid $65 for 45 minutes each and we left feeling unsatisfied. Barely received a massage and no one was good at communicating. I would not recommend, wish I could get atleast half of our money back.

We stopped by Qin Massage last minute for a couples massage, and they were kind enough to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. The place was clean, calm, and had a relaxing atmosphere right from the start. The therapist who worked on me (she had orange highlights) was amazing — very professional, skilled, and clearly experienced. I walked out feeling relaxed, looser, and even taller! She was truly a 10/10. Unfortunately, my husband didn’t have the same experience. The person working on him seemed unsure and kept stopping to ask my therapist for direction. At one point, she even lost her balance and fell, and overall her technique was lacking. He left feeling sore and a bit frustrated. My daughter and I enjoyed an 80 minute couples massage. It was wonderful! The environment was calm and relaxing with beautiful music. My massage therapist was able to apply enough pressure to work out knots in my shoulders and back. The price was very reasonable. We highly reccomend!
