New Berlin Nails

I told them when my nails were first done something looked off. Within 24 hours it started cracking. Pictured is after only 2.5 days. I went in and asked for help and they said it was normal for regular polish. Refused to help me unless I had gotten gel. When I insisted it wasn't normal they accused me of using a chemical to make it happen. Never had this kind of trouble at another salon. Can someone tell me what causes this? Edit: someone answered, this is exactly what happens if the nail is not completely dried and a base coat applied before applying the polish. 100% application error. They are not aware of a product I could have used to achieve this effect afterwards. I'm baffled. Why couldn't they just admit they made a mistake and redid my nails or refund me? I took a break from getting my nails done at salons for a few years due to repeated subpar or bad manicures that were not worth their price, and learned to do my own instead. I recently moved and decided I was ready to try out a new nail salon, and my expectations (which are high) have been exceeded. I’ve had Owen as my tech and he does such a great job! I’ll show him my inspo pictures and he replicates them perfectly, he is very meticulous and thorough. I can’t recommend him enough!

Super relaxing atmosphere. The massage chairs & paraffin treatment was great. The scrub was a bit abrasive for my liking but that could just be me. Would have liked more of a massage, mine felt like 5 min exfoliation and 1 minute of massage. My mom said hers was good. Tech was great otherwise. My mom and I were thirsty but weren't offered anything to drink from fridge behind the desk. Lastly, the constant beeping of timers was not relaxing.

One of the best experience so far. The gentleman who did my pedicure was very sweet and gentle. He took his time into doing it. Wish he could’ve put more pressure into the massage but overall had a great time. Usually at other salon they don’t take their time into massages but this place excel into relaxation. Back room pedicure away from the front customers and manicures. First time and definitely coming back here!

Went there on 12/23 for a dip manicure. My appointment was at 6:30. They didn’t get a chance to work on my nails until closer to 7. I was the last person in the salon and I was totally rushed out. My nails look fine from far away but up close you can tell they didn’t file them right and the nail polish wasn’t evenly applied. It’s upsetting that you pay $70-80 for terrible service that isn’t even relaxing.
