Had a great time at Cryofit. Did 30 minutes in the compression boots and a freeze. The boots felt great, I thought 30 minutes was perfect. I would wear sweat pants or shorts next time cargo pants were a little uncomfortable. The cryo chamber was awesome not painful in anyway. Definitely will wake you up. I feel really good after and can't wait to do it again. Made my second visit and did the red light sauna. Highly recommend. Felt great after I got out. Would do it again.

Love this place! The services here have changed my life through the improvement of both my physical and mental health. I am a Marine Corps veteran who has struggled with PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, chronic back pain, and addiction in the past. I have been coming here for over a year and this is a huge part of my recovery program. Cryotherapy is amazing and has pretty much eliminated chronic anxiety, depression, and back pain. I also sleep like a baby and no longer struggle with insomnia. The compression boots really help workout recovery. The vitamin IV and injections, NAD therapy, and sauna are also incredible. Top notch service and care. Melany has impeccable nursing knowledge and bed side manor. She has a wonderful business and I always feel better after her services. The absolute best! I was thrilled to have discovered this place as I was in active recovery from a fitness competition. I went almost daily for Cryotherapy, and also used the sauna and IV therapies. The therapies helped me restore and repair injuries, as well as energized me for trainings that day! Rob and the staff are so friendly and professional. Facility is very clean and scheduling was simple. Highly recommend!
