Gave Q Nail 4 stars! 🥳 Showed them the design I wanted, they tried their best 💅. Ended up with a color that was almost a match - very happy! Friendly service and good price too. Than Fancy Nail! Would recommend Q Nail 👍

Went in there as soon as they opened, I told them I wanted a pedi and mani with a full set on my hands. As I was getting my pedi another lady started putting on acrylics on my hands never did I get my manicure I had asked for. I did not like how she polished my nails I can still see part of my natural nail on the side. and think I still got charged for a manicure, I payed $103 First and last time I go there! Don’t recommend.

Me and my mom waited for about an hour or half an hour to get our nails done, and eventually were tended to. But, besides that the service was decent! When the lady started on filing down my nails, she did leave leftover nail polish on my thumb, it’s not much of her fault tho. I previously smashed my thumb which could’ve make it difficult to get to it. She did her best and I am pleased with how it turned out!

Went 3 different times 1st time the women filed my nails down so much and had the drill on high she cut my finger and burned me. 2nd time (was worried to go back but still gave a chance) she was so nice she had to file down a bunch of what was done the first time because it was bulky and not shaped right. 3rd time (same women 1st time I went) she had it on high again cut my finger again! Put really bulky acrylic. The tin they use to keep the drill bits is never cleaned and the files are always old. I’m really disappointed that my 2 fingers are green!! My pinky nail is filed down so much I can feel the air hitting my nail. I have to take antibiotics to “fix my nail” THIS SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED DO BETTER! It’s a business but you can’t even be sanitary or properly know how to do nails you
