I took my 2 year old here n they were great cuz she was a little difficult we couldn't get my baby to do a Mani n Pedi but she got a cute Mani n I got a good Mani and Pedi this was almost 2 weeks ago n I barely have 2 chipped nails but I work as a commercial cleaner so I knew nails wouldn't last as long as most other ppls nails they did a great job and were very detailed and careful to remove any bubbles great quality I will probably go back

When I worked as a teacher, my hands were very visible. It was important to me to have my nails done professionally. I retired some years back and gave up on getting my nails done. Recently, I needed a pick me up and decided to go and get my nails done. I have found that getting my nails done is a pick me up and a reminder that I am worth it. But the problem was finding a place that is consistently a class act. My friend recommended Q Nails & Spa and boy am I glad she did. They are fantastic from the booking of an appointment, remembering me and what type of mani I prefer. I have been a total of 4x for my nails and 2x for my toes. First they do excellent work. I’ve been to most nail salons in Chino Hills and this is the best one hands down! I never pick a specific technician because every time I go in everyone does a fantastic job. Other salons I get too thin of dip or too thick, etc. not here, it’s always perfect lasts a long time and they are all super friendly. HIGHLY Recommend!

Great salon! Good quality products! People that really care for their clients and the services they provide. These girls test the newest products and trends and are doing it for the good on the customer. I found this place after being treated terribly and receiving the worst service for a "swanky" salon I vowed to never go back to. When I arrived At q nails I was instantly greated and sat down to get my nails redone... these girls really care for their clients. Knowing all by name and talking to them about their personal lives. It was the best experience at a salon and I will be back

Paid $62 for a mess of a full set & she charged me extra for the length yet filed the extra charge away. The lady that did my nails didn't know how to properly apply acrylic & made it extremely thick. What I asked for & what I got is totally different. It's unfair to leave people with this outcome when they ask for such a simple set. How do you mess up a long coffin white set? I didn't bother fighting it because there was no way of fixing it and I was so bothered I just wanted to leave. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
