Shoutout to Peter at Q Nails because BABYYYY, he understood the assignment! From the moment I sat down, he was professional, patient, and really paid attention to detail. My nails came out flawless — clean, shaped perfectly, and exactly what I asked for (honestly… even better). You can tell he takes pride in his work, and the vibe was comfortable and welcoming the whole time. This was definitely a 10/10 experience, and I will 100% be booking with Peter again. I’ve officially found my nail tech! 💖🔥

The customer service was good. The service provided was not good. I asked for a gel polish change. I do know I need a manicure but I did not expect the cuticles to be painted as well. I asked why were the cuticles painted how do I get it off. The response was you should have got a manicure. My nails were done Saturday at 1pm this picture is 7 hours later on the same day Saturday at 8pm. Needless to say I am not pleased with the outcome especially being charged $25. My toenail color was also changed by a different nail tech and that turned out way better.

I went to get a pedicure and full set and the whole I had to tell the tech how to do my pedicure. She was not trying to clip my toe nails down talking about it too short and then she scrubbed my feet and missed placed and told me it is dry skin need moisture. At that point I was pissed and needed to leave because it was ridiculous if I am paying my money they do my service correct. Last time ever getting nail and toe service from this place. And now have to go elsewhere for them to correct my pedicure meaning more money.

I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted for $29. She rushed and did not listen to what I requested. They need a better process for customers because people were coming in and trying to get ahead of customers who had been waiting- very chaotic situation. I noticed lots of attitude in salon with customers and a lack of professionalism. Negative experience

Peter did an amazing job. He was very respectful, understood exactly what look I was going for. This place is family friendly and very attentive! I recommend this place to anyone! 100/10!!!!
