I had a great experience with Mia. Even though I arrived late, she was very professional and still did an amazing job. She took her time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable. The results were beautiful, and I’m very happy. Highly recommend her!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple attempts to resolve this privately, I feel compelled to share my experience. This was not an isolated incident with this particular nurse injector. I have avoided scheduling with her in the past because it has consistently felt clear to me that her priority is increasing commissions rather than providing patient-centered care. I scheduled an appointment specifically for the advertised $399 Restylane under-eye promotion. Instead of a clinical consultation or discussion, my request was dismissed and I was steered toward approximately $1,500 in cheek filler. I left that appointment without treatment. I would give 5 Stars but the last time I went in my experience was horrendous! If it had been my first time, I would’ve never come back. Fortunately, my previous experiences have been great. Tricia has done my IPL facials and she has such a gentle approach. She listens to her clients concerns and genuinely cares. She always takes her time and follows through on my concerns, questions and more. She went beyond the call of duty as well when I told her about my horrible experience with another technician. Mary Ann is also wonderful. She is welcome and kind. Mia has done my injections and also does a great job. My only advice would be to avoid a technician named Sandra. Due to time constraints I scheduled with Sandra over Tricia, big mistake. She was frazzled because there was no front desk

If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and cares about her clients, Nicole is the one. I highly recommend her and wouldn’t trust anyone else! I have been going to her for the past 3 years she is the best !!!!
