Magic Nails Oakbrook Terrace

I went in for an acrylic full set and asked for the nail bed to look natural—not thick or wide. Instead, the tips were trimmed extremely narrow in a V-shape, and once the acrylic was applied, they looked very unnatural. I also had to ask for the nails to be even because the ones on my right hand were noticeably longer. The technician didn’t seem very friendly, and she appeared annoyed when I told her I didn’t want the narrow tips after she had already trimmed them. I had mentioned several times that I wanted a soft square shape. Another gentlemen stepped in after she walked away- he was tasked in fixing it. I’ve been going to this magic nails location for months now and by far Justin is the best nail tech I’ve had. He does my gel-x nails and his nail art skills are flawless. The prices are also super modest for the amount of work put in. If you’re looking for someone skilled for designs but don’t want to pay hundreds of dollars, I cannot recommend Justin enough!!

I love coming here!! Justin and Ryan always take such good care of me! Always do accommodating to what I want and will make it happen! The first desk girl is so sweet as well. Safe to say I’ve found my fave nail place!

Andy did a fantastic job. He did a perfect bubble bath set for V-day. He suggested the perfect pink for my skin tone and added the beautiful chrome on top. I am super picky when it comes to acrylics. This was the best experience. 10/10
