Pure in Heart Nail Boutique - Palisades

First time customer and I will be back. This place really takes their time and does high quality work. The salon is clean, and I noticed that they kept an eye on the cleanliness even while actively working. My polish chipped a day later and they fixed it and even were proactive about giving me an extra coat on all my nails, which I did not ask for. I was serviced by Luna and Jane. They were both fantastic. I’m going to swap to them for my care.

I’m glad I found this nail salon! I got an amazing French pedicure from Jean, she was so delicate with the e-file on my toes when removing my old polish and meticulously shaped my toes and removed my cuticles. I’m a student at AU and it’s hard to find good nail salons near Tenleytown but the Berkeley/Palisades location is only a 10 minute Uber ride away from campus. I’ll definitely be back.

I love the serene atmosphere of this place! I’ve had both manicures and pedicures and have discovered I can only tolerate one service per visit. It is so relaxing, it’s hard for me to walk afterwards with two services. I find myself waiting for the carpet ride home. My nails always look beautiful and continue to look beautiful for a long time. I have taken family, my son, and others to share this experience. They agree. I highly recommend but don’t be in a hurry!

The male manager still hasn't apologized to me for his despicable behavior, overcharging for the gel manicure, demanding tips, and slamming the door in my face. He knows exactly who I am. I walk by with my dog often. Please do not support his business.

Such a cute, clean place! I tried their organic line so we’ll see how long it lasts but she paid close attention to everything and the pedicure was amazing. Felt so relaxed. (My nails are diff lengths bc a couple chipped before, not their fault!)
