I have a few networking groups that I go to at Project 3810 and it is an incredible spot. The building is just a building, the heart behind Project 3810 is the thought, care, and hard work that has gone into ma6ke the offices/events rooms a safe space for business owners to function, learn, and grow. There are so many incredible resources that are made available to business owners. They use a business incubator model that allows for natural connections that are especially vital for start up companies. If you are looking for a place to office, network, use as a co-working space, or set up a manufacturing operation, I highly recommend you consider Project 3810. You will not be disappointed.

Project 3810 team is great at connecting with the entrepreneurial ecosystem and one of the only certified business incubators to provide industrial space. Also, a great place to hold an event if you need space - not fancy but accessible and has great parking and will work with you to promote the event.

I highly recommend this co-working space. Julie is spectacular and very welcoming. They have open space now.

Really cool place. Nice rental space for meetings. Brewery next door. Several interesting business owners have space in here.
