Marissa does ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Work!!!!! I recently visited Cleveland, Ohio for a wedding and my sister made me an appointment at a Shop up there.....to get our hair styled. A very upscale spa and shop. They complimented my hair color several times. Beautiful person inside and out and her work is awesome as well. Reasonable prices, friendly atmosphere and attention to detail is a given when you make an appointment with this hairdresser!!!!! Will return soon...... Stacey is a true professional. She is friendly and definitely understands color technique. I left feeling like a million dollars about my hair and also felt as though I'd made a new friend. A fantastic experience!

Amy did my blonde highlights, she did a wonderful job and the color turned out so good! Also Amy was so kind, caring, and overall just fabulous! I will certainly be going back here for my hair care needs! I highly recommend!

I asked for blond highlights and I ended up with platinum hair all over and WHITE roots and hair so damaged by the incompetence of SAMANTHA that I will have to have my hair cut off if I don't lose it altogether! 3.5 hours with bleach on my hair and 125 dollars! My hair is so damaged at the roots I can hardly get a comb thru it! She did this to me the day before my WEDDING! She has destroyed my hair! I can't even share my wedding pics because my hair looks so horrible!

Meghan was wonderful!! Great colorist! She had wonderful advice on how to fix my hair so it looks thicker. I would definitely recommend her!
