Pro Nails

Took my teenage daughter in to have her nails done. Chose this shop because prices were affordable. We got there and showed him the picture of her last set of acrylics that she had done for Christmas in Charlotte with her grandmother. He told us no problem he can do the same design. She ask for neutral color instead of pink. Half way through my daughter asked him about the color and the tips didn't look right. We showed him the picture again. He said, oh those in picture are white tip with nude color. She said thats what she was wanting. He told her he thought the pink and clear tips would look better. He said he could fix it. So he painted them white. Then proceeded to do a thick cross when clearly in the picture it was a thin one. So everything was finished and we just paid and got

Very reasonably priced, nice couple running the salon....

Showed her this picture and told me it was two hard to do. Then shaped my nails all uneven and messed up my left hand thumb. Was very rushed and I even had an appointment. I had 2 separate people do my nails because the lady kept leaving to do other things. I showed her the color I wanted since the picture was “to hard” to do and she then proceeded to pick up 2 colors that were not what I wanted. Ended up just choosing a random color and then they used the gel one that’s was visibly different from what I picked. Really disappointed and I now have to go to get them fixed.

Idk why everyone has said negative things about them I went today and the husband did my nails and he was excellent. Very kind and gentle as well friendly. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and done exactly that.

They do an amazing job and very fast 5 stars from me
