Pro Nails

My daughter and I were there today for around 30 minutes. Was charged $110 for this. My daughter got a shellac pedicure. My nails are the problem. I will not be going back unless they offer to fix. Felt rushed and they are uneven and unfinnished. Didnt notice the details until I got home from running errands.

I’ve been going here on and off since I was 14. This is the only place I trust with my nails. Whenever I go somewhere else I regret it. Always a pleasure and the staff is so nice and friendly. Here’s my most recent set, perfect as always 😊

When I called and made the appointment the day prior, I specifically asked if they were able to do nail art. They told me yes. I show up and I showed them the picture in this review and I asked them if they could replicate this EXACTLY. They told me that they could replicate it exactly. Shellac manicure’s are $35 and they charged me $57 for this. During the process I asked about five different times to change this or that to try and make it look more like the picture, and they stated yes they would and then just didn’t. I also grabbed blue nail polish in the beginning and asked them to make some blue flowers and they said they would and I asked them multiple times to add in the blue and they just wouldn’t. I got my nails done a little over a week ago and i have to say im very unsatisfied with the job that was done. Not only the job i had done but the service was unbelievable i walked out of their store thinking i just got pranked. The lady doing my nails asked if i was pregnant and to make matters worse i seen her look over at another lady doing nails for a customer as they both smiled when i said i was not pregnant. and i should have left then and there.

I’ve gone to other nail salons and come back to this one my nail color stays for weeks, my nails stay perfectly until my next appointment. They accommodate any request and are always willing to make customers happy.
