I took a picture of the color and cut style I wanted in with me and ask to get as close to the picture possible, did I get it, not even close. I wanted as light as my natural gray ( nothing yellow) and it came out darker then what it was when I went in. The cut isn't anything like the picture and the right side of my hair is damage. I kept telling Maria that it wasn't going to be light like I wanted, she never put anything product on other then my roots she said a toner would do the rest. I warned her no toner has ever worked on my hair, toners don't last on my hair, 1st wash it came out. Now instead of a platinum blond I'm old yellow. I had my hair horribly done at another salon two days before I had photos and they were able to fit me in and fix my hair and it turned out beautiful! It’s worth the price!
