PRO NAILS & SPA

Went on Saturday! Got a pedi and manicure same color! I always get gel and they always cure it with the led light….she did not cure it on my toes. I asked if this was gel and was told it was regular polish. The bottle says gel. So on to the manicure….the girl acted like this was her first time doing nails. She did cure my nails this time so not sure what was different. Didn’t really smooth my nails and then yesterday I noticed the polish is cracking. As you can see by the pics there are cracks in several nails. Will not be going there again!!

I have several complaints about my experience at pro nails yesterday. Disregarding the wait time, as my friend and I came in during a clearly busy hour and we were walk ins. I did not get the name of the man doing my nails, but I wish I would have. 1) At the beginning of the appointment, I told my nail tech that I push my own cuticles back all the time so he doesn’t have to push them back far. I also let him know that the last place I went to they drilled my cuticle off. He then proceeded to drill my cuticle off. It bled, and this morning it is swollen and in pain. Accidents happen but I had already requested he be gentle. He was in too big a rush to care. 2) Nearly all of my nails are crooked. He attached the fake nails on my left hand all skewed to the right. One was so badly crooked t

Tried giving this place a try 3 times. I brought even 5 ppl to get nails and toes done on one occasion (more business). The first time the lady who did my feet continued to harshly rub one area as if she hated me and left bruising all down the side of my calf. The second time very harsh on my toes and legs. This 3rd time I was in there for 3 hours as I watched ppl come in and go out. So I stood up to just pay and leave. They tried saying they could do them now at that moment but I was over it. Never coming back you lost 7 high paying clients.

Here at pro nails at 2:00pm on Saturday November 15th. I got here at 1:42 signed in and picked a color. No one said anything to me. No welcome in or anything which is odd cause I've been to other nail salons and you're always greeted within the first few minutes. Multiple people came in and got called back before me and I sat there for 20 minutes and still was never adresses or welcomed. I walked out and will not be returning very unprofessional.

They will not deny anyone. The past two times I’ve been they will tell everyone to have a seat. Start the first step of your nails and leave you sit there for two hours while they start other people that some in. If you come make sure you have time. You will be here for at least 3 hours just for your nails. Then when they get to you they rush through your nails and they don’t take your time so they turn out OK. Don’t come here. It’s all about the money to them not about good service. Go to a place that cares and is worth your money
