Vang is my personal nail tech and yes everyone else as well that love her 🥰 She’s the best love how my nails and feet always turn out the best. She pleasant and very lovely along with the new staff. Thank you 😊 The pictures below isn’t the final but the start of something beautiful and exciting.
I visited Pro Nails on Friday, where the two gentlemen working there were very nice and did a beautiful blue color on my nails. My natural nails were a bit fragile, so one of the gentlemen glued them for me and assured me they would hold up well. However, by Monday, three of my nails had cracked, so I returned around 11 a.m. to get them fixed. The gentleman who originally helped me wasn’t there, but the lady who I had seen before was. She tried to just glue my nails at the door and send me on my way. I asked her to not only glue the nails but also apply polish on top. She argued that she didn’t need to do that since the polish hadn’t come off; only the cracks were visible. (I regret not taking a picture beforehand because I didn’t expect to have an issue.) After some back and forth and s
Excellent service by Van at Pro Nails & Spa. She is the only person I trust with my eyebrows, hands and feet because her job is always top notch. The place has a very welcoming atmosphere, good music, relaxing vibes. They have manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, dip and waxing services. I recommend Pro Nails & Spa for your beauty needs!
Disappointing. I walked in by mistake and wish I turned back around. Myself and two friends asked for mani/pedis. One friend started last and finished first, she got the “express treatment”, included was watching your nail tech have a smoke break mid treatment. Another friend, had a good experience nails and toes. Her guy was personable and professional. Me, started off good, toes and pedicure. I had the lady who may be the manager or owner. When it came to the nails, as she was on the second coat, it all went wrong. I asked if she could clean up the outsides and make sure a few of the nails had nail polish across the entire nail and not the strip only. “You want me to paint your cuticle?!” She then grabs my nail, like a kindergartener-paints my hand and says “is this what you want?”
Just left this place. This was my second time coming here and the lady that did my nails was in a rush and horrible at doing nails. She wasn’t concerned about the shaping or even the polish. I will not be returning. I even showed her that I wasn’t happy and she didn’t care. I don’t usually leave reviews, but don’t ever come here. It explains why people will prefer to go to Allure across the street and pay more. Update: Less than a week later, my nails are coming off. I forgot to take a pic of my pedicure. I asked the lady if I can use the fan to dry my toes and she said that it was a quick dry polish. Before I left she put some oil on my toes so it wouldn’t smudge. This business deserves 0 stars. They charged me $65.
