Pro Nails Colonial Heights

2 hours after leaving the establishment ****edited to add**** I went back the same day and after a difficult exchange, had a different technician redo my nails (I was told the lamp that the first technician used was bad). New technician, new lamp, same polish…a day later the polish on my thumb began to peel off just as the polish did in the posted pictures. Not sure if the gel polish isn’t good but I am very disappointed.

Got my brows done for the first time. Then my eyelashes. Clean place, affordable price, and the music made me sleep 😊. Tammy is very welcoming and made me comfortable. She KNOWS her craft. I highly recommend!

Been going here for 2 years. The employees are so kind and always treat my daughters and I great. Great work! I tried other places and this has been the best.

PRICES ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I was charged $35 for this length in addition to the $40 fill in! Pissed! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH A DAMN! Then $10 to fix a nail! I’m so sick of these nail salons. Update: Called and was offered a discount on my next visit as if I’d give this place my business ever again! If you’re getting your nails done here you’re getting ripped off!!

I recently had my nails done at this place, and I must say, I received the most appalling treatment from the nail technician. I had specifically requested a “fill,” but instead, she gave me an “overlay.” While I understand that an “overlay” might achieve the desired effect, I was still charged $70 for what was initially supposed to be a fill. When I pointed out the error, the technician asked the manager to consult with me. However, it was already too late to redo the entire set since she had already started working on one hand. Despite my request that she not stop, she continued with her aggressive and unprofessional behavior. The result was far from what I had wanted.
