Pro Nails

I LOVE going here! Everyone is kind, friendly, passionate at what they do, and focused on getting it done. They always welcome customers with open arms. I always go to Michelle. She does a great job (as everyone else does). She goes above and beyond my expectations! I love how my nails come out each time I get them done.

My nail technician was not only skilled but also very gentle and patient, taking the time to make sure everything was perfect. She helped me choose the right color and design that matched my style, and the result was even better than I had imagined. The tools were sanitized properly, and I could tell that hygiene is a top priority here, which made me feel very safe and comfortable

Got my nails done today and I don’t think they’ve ever looked better. Lee did my nails and she is amazing!!! She’s so detailed and extremely talented as always all the staff are amazing and the space is as welcoming as ever.

Very lovely atmosphere and the staff were very nice! I love the nails I got for prom! The woman who did my nails checked in with me many times during the session because they were acrylics and the process can be painful, (thankfully I wasn't in any pain!) she also was very thorough and made sure it was exactly what I wanted! Overall it was a very good experience. My only critique is that one of the nails is a little crooked, however that's not a huge deal to me as it isn't very noticeable!

My daughter was getting a pedicure. While she was having it done her Doctor from Dana Farber called her. My daughter has stage 4 lung cancer and she is hard of hearing. She was told to be quiet. She just got out of the hospital two days ago and she wanted to have something nice done for herself. She asked to speak to the manager and was told there wasn't one there. What would you do ? Should she at least get a apology and something off for the way she was treated? Please comment below. Thank you
