Pro Nail Salon

I went in the day before Mother’s Day to get a pedicure and a full set.. The lady who did my feet did an amazing job but I had to move to get my nails done and a guy sat down to do my nails.. There were so many red flags at the start of him doing my nails. He was putting the nails on crooked , he was filing them crooked and down to low and even drilled my hand and was constantly pulling my hand and slapping my hand. So I kept saying something to him letting him know that he was doing the nails crooked etc. he yells at me and asks who usually does my nails and why did I come there… He then says don’t come back! So at this point it was almost 7pm and about to close. I let it be known and was told to come back the next morning at 9. I go in and let them know the issue which they already knew,

Always polite, never rushes. Explains issues with nail health if necessary. Will let you know if they can or can't do a design you bring yhem

My favorite nail salon ever ! Service is fantastic... great prices. Always the best time with my daughter and friends.

First time in this salon. The guy who did my nails was polite and apologetic but I didn't receive anything but, "I'm sorry I cut you." I could understand once but I'm cut 4 diff times from him filing. I told him I wanted gel polish on my nails and toes and he said it would be cheaper to use regular polish on my toes and there's no difference because they are the same color. Clearly they aren't the same color. The only reason I have 2 stars is because the women in there were very polite and sweet. If I decide to go back ever, I'll request one of them.

They are a great team. They give you great service and the quality of work is great. I have a problem with my big ties because of surgeries when I was a child, Lee takes good care of them. Well worth the time and wait
