What a lovely place! It takes a lot for me to leave a review and I have been going here constantly for over the past 6 months, every 2 weeks to a point I bring my family here too. They use disposable tools and sterilize tools every time which check off all my anxiety boxes for unsafe equipment. Additionally all girls are very accommodating they give their best effort for every single client to feel at ease and home no matter what type of design or lengths you want. Their nails typically last very long without damaging your real nails! Highly recommended considering all nail salons around this neighborhood are not high quality! Owners are super considerate and feel accomplished with happy clients, a definite goto nail spot.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice, helpful and informative, and they made sure that everything was done correct and and everything accurate yes. They offer complementary water, juice, wine.etc chic atmosphere!

I was a first time customer after the New Year and I had a blast! I got a basic mani/pedi to give my nails a start over. - My nails are short and filed square - I made an appt as well, highly encouraged I met Vanessa, informative and welcoming! Clayda is so funny, great sense of humor. Eucilla is so sweet and quiet. Atmosphere is clean and calming. Cute complementary beverage area for tea, water and/or coffee. I cannot wait to come back, thanks for having me! 🤩

My dear girlfriend surprised me for my birthday with a pedicure spa treatment. Prive Nail Bar gives positive vibes, even before you enter. The workers were friendly and inviting . I was greeted personally by the owner who wished me a happy birthday. This location is classy, clean , bright, warm , modern and well maintained. The Technicians provide service with a smile. My Tech was well trained, she opened new equipment to clip my cuticles ,did not make me bleed and was gentle . My pedicure consisted of roses, skin softening gel , sugar scrub , steam and an oil foot massage , which was heavenly. I also sipped on a goblet of red wine 🍷 Vanessa , thank you and your staff for making me feel so special .

Sooooo I hate to write a terrible review based on a bad experience out of many visits but it is because I am a repeat customer that I do not understand the treatment and unwillingness to make their mistake right. I originally booked a Pedicure with add on services and a Hard Gel fill in Manicure with add on service for a Sunday appt but needed to reschedule due to something emergent that came up. The young lady that I spoke with stated that she would reschedule me for the next day which we agreed upon. When an appt is rebooked I assume that you are rebooking me for the exact same services that originally booked for. When I arrived for my appt.
